Returns

Returns will be accepted if received within 14 days of order being received, all tags must be intact and items must remain unworn.

Customers have the choice of an exchange, refund or store credit automatically uploaded to your account (no codes or expiry dates) each time you make an online purchase the amount will be deducted from the balance automatically. Credit notes can also be redeemed in-store; simply provide your email address at the till and a new total will be generated notifying you via email with updates and credit balance.

CUSTOMERS MUST REGISTER RETURNS USING RETURNS CENTER FORM ON THE MAIN MENU BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS- BY HAND OR POST!!

Returns must be posted back via. postal service or handed back to the shopkeeper.

Due to Covid-19 returns procedures are slightly different to try to protect staff and customers as much as we possibly can:

IMPORTANT: Returned items will be remain untouched for 7 days when received due to new government guidelines regarding the spread of the virus. Refunds will be issued via original means of payment 7-10 working days after received.
